Because that's the most important thing to me; your experience when you're looking at something I've created. If I can create the right environment, the right thoughts, the right emotions, then you are putty in my hands.
And that's a good thing. I want to simply share the same world-changing ideas I've come across. Visual design, moving pictures and sound are the most powerful mediums we've ever created to share our human experience. And that's what life is all about.
A simple banner ad might not seem to be "world-changing" as a film or a song - but maybe that's the kind of thought that makes online campaigns fail most of the time. Any kind of medium can move you, emotionally. You just have to figure out what buttons to push.
It might seem manipulative, but what is life, if we aren't having our buttons pushed every day? Aren't we here to experience ideas that challenge how we live our lives? That's something I hope to accomplish.
